We will motivate, support and inspire you through your transformation, focusing on technique correction and modifying exercises where necessary. Our classes are fun, balanced and suitable for any age and fitness level.

Our experienced and dedicated team are focused on your overall health, fitness and wellbeing. Whatever your age, ability or goals, we can help you take control of your life, and get you the results you are looking for.

We offer daily classes and individual appointments in Lyne Park, Rose Bay. This beautiful location is next to the Harbour, and guarantees to inspire and motivate you.

If you think you might need some extra support, nurturing, guidance, and confidence building, or help with nutrition, then you’re in good hands. Our Personal Trainers are highly qualified, experienced women, who know women’s bodies, and will work with you to achieve your personal goals, no matter how big or small.
